  • Do I get a uniform?

    Yes you do! We provide all our mental health nurses with a high quality and comfortable uniform, either a polo shirt or scrubs. 


    Designed in consultation with our nurses, the uniforms feature our stylish navy and the signature First Choice Care red tick.

  • Is there a certain number of shifts I must take
each week?

    As a Nursing Clinical Facilitator, you’ll be placed in 40-hour/week blocks to match the students you’re placed with. These blocks can be between 1-6 weeks depending on the University. 

  • Can I work at specific healthcare facilities?

    Yes you can! We are the preferred supplier for many national healthcare facility groups and educational institutions, with plenty of work available, and we’re adding more every day. So, if you have a few locations that you love, then just select the shifts on offer for that location. But, We recommend that you try out other healthcare facilities and education institutions in your area. You never know, you may love them. That’s the benefit of agency nursing, the choice is entirely yours.

  • How much will I earn?

    As a clinical nurse facilitator, you’ll receive a casual rate. This specific rate will differ depending on your qualifications, designation, level of experience, and the healthcare client you are working with.   


    The great thing about agency work is that you have more control over how much you work. You can choose the shifts that you work without the limitations of a team roster and colleague availability. If you want shifts with a higher penalty rate, you can choose them. It’s all up to you.
