To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will not only hold a passion for learning and sharing of your nursing experience with students, but you will also hold the following essential skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
- Completed Clinical Facilitation: Essential Skills and Principles (Mandatory)
- An unrestricted AHPRA registration
- A Bachelor of Nursing degree
- Demonstrated high level of verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise with individuals, and clinical and educational teams to achieve required outcomes
- Demonstrated high-level written communication skills to a very high standard with the ability to effectively draft, edit and proof documentation and complete written assessment and evaluation forms on students
- Demonstrated ability to develop effective problem-solving strategies to find solutions to issues whilst utilising high-level organisational skills
- Previous experience in Clinical Facilitation, Nursing Education, training and/or teaching preferred
- Completion of Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (desirable)
