First Choice Care is seeking Registered Midwives with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in Antenatal, Postnatal, Birth Suite and Midwifery Group Practice to work across the Southern New South Wales region, specifically in Bega and Cooma. Temporary contracts range from 4 to 12 weeks with full-time hours.
Bega, located in the Bega Valley Shire, offers numerous appealing features. The town is home to the renowned Bega Cheese Heritage Centre and is surrounded by natural beauty, including nearby national parks and coastal areas. Bega is known for its high-quality dairy and agricultural products, with local markets showcasing fresh, locally sourced produce. - Unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Current National Police Check certificate or willingness to obtain
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Registered Midwife
- Recent birth suite experience
- Neonatal Resuscitation (preferable)
- Fetal Surveillance Education (preferable)
- K2 Certificates (preferable)
- Midwifery Emergency Training (preferable)
- Australian working rights
- NSW Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
